Post Building a smokehouse
Does anyone have a smoke house, or know someone that has it. How easy is it to smoke something, like trout (that I will grow with my aquaponics....one day, if my hubby stops having th shits with me), or even bacon and cheese? :hmm

I was planning on a hot smoker but we have a couple of pallets of left over bricks so i was thinking of actually building a smoke house with a slab and brick walls and chimney etc.
