Post Our St Bernard pushed me over.....
We have a 15 mth old St Bernard. She is full size and boisterous - loves to play.
Im talking to the next door neighbour and my whippet Iggy and St Bernard were playing chase. Well i went head over ....., right up in the air, my hat went off, all my sandal straps were ripped out (and they were $150 sandals with lovely beads) my arm and shoulder are badly grazed.
NOT TO MENTION MY PRIDE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Owwwww! What did your dog do when she realised what she'd done?

Ouch! Take care of yourself, ice any swelling etc ("yes mum" LOL) Seriously, hope you're not too sore and I'm glad there's nothing broken.

Yeah, the deerhounds used to push me over when I a kid. They never meant to- they were just playing. They always looked so guilty!

hope you're ok!

I had my legs taken out by our young greyhound about a year ago, nothing as spectacular as chooksrus' story sounds but it still hurt (The drama queen in me had a split second of thinking I'd blown my knee  ) It was my own fault though... I broke the golden rule of standing still when the dogs are doing "zoomies".

Yeah, Bess did that to me when we went for a walk once. Both ended up on the deck! Silly puppies.

That sounds like a nasty one.
Although, I have to admit I had a good laugh teh day I found out that my Cattle/Kelpie had put my mother-in-law on her rear, right into a pile of his business.
Can't have been too bad though, she still offers to come feed and play with them when we are away.
