Post Long Weekend Project
One of our projects over the past few months has been constructing a grow tunnel / polytunnel.

We purchased some rolled steel hoops a few years ago and finally got around to concreting them into the ground and welding up a door frame in them...we have now applied the plastic to our lovely new 15m long & 4m wide grow tunnel ... the door still needs to be put in but its looking fantastic :)

Looks good. What are you planning to grow in it?

At this stage we have planted lots of winter veggies like Kale, Spinach, lettuce etc that usually get hammered by Cabbage moths.

Hi Bernie - delayed reply but I got the plastic from a company called redpath they make commercial greenhouse covers & I think it was about $300 its very thick and looks like it will last the distance...

Drove past your place on Sunday evening due to the accident on the highway... But I didn't see your green house from the road..

I was looking in bunnings today at what they had in the way of plastic all I found was some stuff that was like shade cloth embedded in a thick plastic - I think it was a bout $15 a meter seemed to be about 2m wide.

I'm thinking of making a. Green house out of polycarbonate sheets instead now.
