Berkshire
Berkshire Pigs are a rare breed of pig originating from Britain.
Berkshires are early-maturing black pigs and often have white on their legs, faces, and the tips or their tails. The snouts are dished and are of medium length. The ears are fairly large and are erect or slightly leaned forward. They have fine wrinkle-free necks and well-sloped shoulder blades. They have short, straight legs and a straight underline belly.
Berkshire pork, prized for juiciness, flavor and tenderness, is pink-hued and heavily marbled. Its high fat content makes it suitable for long cooking and high-temperature cooking.

Large Black
Large Black or Devon pig is a breed of domestic pig native to Great Britain.
It is a large breed, and is the only British pig which is wholly black. Sows give birth to a large litter of 8-10 piglets. Large Black pigs are present in a number of countries including the UK, Australia, Canada and the United States of America.
The breed tends to be docile & requires less fencing to be contained than other breeds.
The Large Black is a grazing pig and a mature dry sow can meet most of her nutritional demands on good pasture producing a better tasting healthier pork than a hog raised strictly on grain. The lean, micro-marbled meat is extra tender due to the breed's short muscle fibers. This produces a tender, moist cut of pork with an exquisite & unique taste.

Tamworth
The Tamworth is a breed of domestic pig originating in the United Kingdom, with input from Irish pigs. It is among the oldest of pig breeds.
Tamworths are considered a medium sized porcine breed, with a full grown boar ranging from 250 to 370 kg (550 to 820 lb) and the mature sow from 200 to 300 kg (440 to 660 lb). The adult length ranges from 100 to 140 cm (39 to 55 in) and heights of about 50 to 65 cm (20 to 26 in) are common.[4] The curled adult tail is about 24 to 30 cm (9.4 to 12 in). This animal is characterised by having a neck and legs that are long, and by deep sides, but narrow backs. Its ham structures are quite muscular and firm. The breed is also known for having excellent foot structure and a good skeletal system. Litter sizes are typically somewhat smaller than commercial breeds.
The Tamworth displays a good disposition and enjoys the attention of humans. A typical pig is ready for slaughter in 25-30 weeks.
