The meat looks awesome - if we hadn't been cooking/eating a bunch of stuff from the last two, we'd have tried some last night :)

I've got my eye on that course! How did Em find it?

Thats great that the meat looks good, we have a couple due to toddle off to the abbatoir shortly!
Em absolutely loved it, found it very hands on and informative! (i'll make her jump on and do a write up about it shortly)
