you sound like my FIL, he says "we came, we saw, we concreted".. literally, he was a concreter from europe for 30 years. :lol:

its so versitile - you can park a car on it have a BBQ it keeps the weeds down and if you paint it green it doubles as lawn ;)

don't be so sure about the watering, FIL's concrete _used_ to get "washed" at least once a week.
coming from a dirty place like Europe (dirt house floor) cleanliness is class-ness as far as he was concerned.

And back on topic, I've just spent the whole morning adapting that rotten corner into a temp chook pen for mamma and the babe's, :thumbright till I get my act together and sell them. The good thing is they'll give it a good clean up and fertilize while they're at it. Photo's to follow later today.
