The resolution is not good enough Cai :(

I should have a opy of the plan from the council in the next couple of days for the shed Im getting built. When I get that Ill overlay what I already have and put that up.

something else which i have found to be useful in my garden is having a place where native birds can come to drink, a small bird bath, I use a small pot which i have placed on the ground with rocks surrounding it ( dia approx 30cm) Ive sat and watched butcher birds and maggies come down to drink and before too long they are flying away with grasshoppers in there beaks ( Thankyou very much one less )! lizards will come too and they keep the beasties away as well!! ;)

Also you spoke about a shed for the kombis, well you could consider a water tank with the run off coming from the new shed !! could help with the issues you have in summer with lack of water.

* SEE MY LITTLE WATER THINGO , THE BIRDS ALWAYS COME TO IT!!!

Thats a neat idea.

As my garden comes together Im going to need a bigger one to fit everything in ;)

I picked up at a garage sale a couple of months ago one ofthose 3 tiered pond kits (minus the pump) I should put that to use!

pond pumps at my work ( bunnings ) start from about approx $17 and circulate about 250 litres of water per hr ( 240volt) otherwise you can also get 12 volt ( cant remember price , not too dear though)

Or solar pumps off ebay.!!!! :) Big variety and strength, probably just not the oomph of an electrical one.
