Post Mulberry cuttings wanted - Canberra region
Hi all!

I want to have a go at striking some Mulberry cuttings, but don't have access to a 'donor tree'

Is there anyone in the Canberra region (I am between Yass and Gunning and work in Canberra so can cover a reasonable area) who would be able to donate some cuttings to me?

Preferred type are black english and/or white shahtoot, but will try anything if you have a nice healthy tree.

Thanks all!
Tracy

I have a black mulberry and a white and next door has a massive old mulberry tree- my black is a free one from a bird passing over my place after gorging on mulberries. You could take some cutting from my smaller trees but you could take a lot from next door. we are in rivett. couldn't say what varieties but the black is heavy fruiting

I know there is a black mulberry tree in the front yard of my old house in Gordon.

Maybe a midnight raid might be in order ;)
