Yeah, that's not a problem. I only do 2 because I like it a bit stronger.

Nah, it's pretty hard to stuff it up! If it comes out a little weak, just chalk it up to experience and tweak it to how you like it next time! It'll still taste fine.

I agree my does look a little concerning at the bottom, but walked into the house today and could smell ginger beer in the kitchen which was great.

I think I could do mine this weekend, but I have to see if I have enough bottles, so might be next weekend instead.

How did the ginger beer go Carrie? Slim's recipe has inspired me and brought back childhood memories of bottles exploding under the house but oh that tantalising smell never forgotten. I will make some too - great project with my 3.5 yr old!

All is quite at the moment....I have photos just to post... :)

I've placed them the garage in a box with something on the top, so hopefuly if there is some wizz bang it will be relatively contained. There was not much action as its got cold. Today might be interesting now that its got a little warmer.

It all looks and smells ginger beer like :) the colour is not as clear as the pics posted on the forum, so hopefully its not going to be to strong.

Looks like my plants have lived though the ordeal and I've continuing to feed them every second day just so it doesn't get to strong.

Happy for advice though cause I have no idea :)
