Sounds like a plan, i've also grabbed a heat belt for my fermenting unit just so I can regulate things a little better.

Im still waiting for the plum wine to finnish up before I bottle it. Its takeing up my large fermeter :(

Do you have athermometer stuck on the side of your fermenter?

Good for you Cai! That first one can be a little intimidating LOL! I've been meaning to get my Stout up and running. Just haven't found the time yet :D Still waiting and watching the Mead in the cupboard though :D The next step for me is to buy a Still with my tax paycheck. Hoping to make some White spirits that I can make some liquors with, once my rasberries & blackberries get up and running :D Can't wait! It's all good fun.
