10 weeks :o

pop into a brew shop and grab a stck on lcd thermometer should give u good idea of the status of the temp!

How much suggar is went into it?

Also something Ive found if its only bubling real slow it can be atmospheric changes rather than CO2 production?

Nah, it's definitely fermenting. I did put alot of sugar. It's going to be more like wine than beer- about 10 or 11% abv.

OK how much is a LOT of sugar??

Im thinking of 6KG with turbo yeast that should get you around 18% :shock:

1 kg dextrose in 5 L of water with champagne yeast :D Very OTT, but I don't care.
