Post Re: Home Brew Starter Kits
HI there

Been brewing for a while now, and one thing I have to mention, get a brew kit that looks like a dirty big bucket. MUCH easier to keep clean than the ones with a screw on lid. No big overhang to get underneath to clean :D Kambah Brew shop has some excellent components.

Another tip: Get your shiny new brew wort (drum/barrel etc) and measure 23l of water into it. Mark this level with a permanent pen. Quick and deadly for getting the 'add cold water to 23L' part of the recipe right

Looking forward to brew chat!! :drunk

Hi & Welcome, thanks for the heads up I'm hoping to pick up a kit in the next couple of weeks so it's very timely advice :)
