Planting in May for the Australia - cool/mountain zone
EASY Broad beans (also Fava bean) Sow in garden. Harvesting from August - October
EASY Brussels sprouts Grow in seed trays, and plant out in 4-6 weeks. Harvest from August
EASY Cabbage Grow in seed trays, and plant out in 4-6 weeks. Harvesting from July - September
Cauliflower Grow in seed trays, and plant out in 4-6 weeks. Harvesting from September - October
EASY Garlic Plant cloves. Harvesting from September - November
EASY Lettuce Sow in garden, or start in seed trays and plant out in 4-6 weeks.. Harvesting from July - August
EASY Mizuna (also Japanese Greens, Mitzuna, Mibuna) Sow in garden. Harvesting from June - July
EASY Mustard greens (also gai choy) Sow in garden. Harvesting from June - July
EASY Onion Grow in seed trays, and plant out in 4-6 weeks. Harvesting from November - January
EASY Pak Choy Sow in garden. Harvesting from June - August
EASY Peas Sow in garden. Harvesting from July - August
EASY Radish Sow in garden. Harvesting from June - July
EASY Rocket (also Arugula/Rucola) Sow in garden. Harvest from June

Sadly with hard frosts on the ground atm, most of the direct sowing is going to be null and void for at least another month.
